ECO Canada’s Environmental Foreign Talent Development Program strives to remove barriers for new immigrants looking for work in Canada, and to remove employer perceptions of hiring immigrantas.

Participants partake in a 3-month training and mentorship bootcamp to become fully immersed within the environmental sector. Employers will recieve up to $15,000 in funding towards a participant’s salary, expand their talent pool and in-house expertise, save on overhead and project costs, leverage international expertise for domestic innovation, build a dynamic team and capitalized on new perspectives.
