The R. Howard Foundation funds innovative, unique, and inspiring projects focused on improving Canadian society, including projects with a focus on the environment. Previously funded environmental initiatives helped to build community and ecosystem resilience, which improves their ability to adapt to climate change. These initaitives have included biodiversity conservation, development of land-use plans, and environmental community engagement & education initiatives.
