The Resilient Agricultural Landscape Program (RALP) provides funding for producers to increase their farms’ resilience through the adoption of beneficial management practices. This fund will support producers in adapting to climate change, while also supporting healthy water, soils, and biodiversity. The funding priorities related to climate adaptation include:
1. Agri-environmental beneficial management practices which increase and enhance multiple ecological goods and services. Examples of this include wetland restoration and widening of buffers adjacent to surface water sources which help to minimize the impacts of floods while supporting biodiversity; and
2. Awareness and knowledge transfer, extension services, program development, and product development services related to eligible RALP activities and outreach.
