A study conducted in the Mill Creek Watershed consisted of estimating the costs of developing naturalized stormwater ponds with the required storage volume to offset runoff from peak flows associated with 100-year storms. This is the estimated total lifecycle cost for 100 years, assuming replacement every 25 years costing 50% of the initial capital and an annual OPEX costs of 3% of the total capital.
