Lori Skaine is the Executive Director of the Climate Change Division at Nova Scotia’s Department of Environment and Climate Change, where she leads efforts to achieve the province’s climate goals—including the implementation of Our Climate, Our Future: Nova Scotia’s Climate Change Plan for Clean Growth. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience, she oversees programs in adaptation, mitigation, and strategic climate actions while building strong partnerships across government, industry, and community stakeholders.
