Mill Creek Wetland

A study conducted in the Mill Creek Watershed consisted of estimating the costs of maintaining wetlands and developing additional constructed wetlands to ensure enough storage capacity to offset increased peak flow associated with 100-year storms. The study assumed natural assets would have no operational costs.
