Liane’s goal at CLIMAtlantic is to support community resilience at the intersection of the built and natural environments. With a background in urban planning and environmental science, she is dedicated to helping communities protect local ecosystems and adapt to a changing climate by integrating nature-based solutions into urban frameworks. She completed her Master of Urban Planning from the University of Montreal and her Bachelor in Environmental Science (specialized in Conservation and Biodiversity) from the University of Ottawa. Liane is bilingual (French and English) and currently lives on Prince Edward Island, on the traditional unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People.
