Kayla’s work is all about keeping CLIMAtlantic organized, efficient, and maintaining the processes and systems that keep everything running smoothly. Before coming to CLIMAtlantic Kayla supported various community-led initiatives in the non-profit and social enterprise sectors. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed and strengths-based practices. Kayla is a white settler living on the traditional unceded territory of the Wolastoqiyik and Mi’kmaq peoples (Moncton, NB). Kayla speaks English.
