A community-based shoreline restoration initiative centered on hands-on workshops with volunteers (total of 1,015+ volunteer hours and 140 participants). The project focused on transforming an underused park space by restoring natural habitats and a vegetated rock-wall approach designed to strengthen shoreline protection. Total actions over 3 years include 7 workshops, 2,000+ plants installed from over 30 species and two repair sessions.
