This study explores the feasibility of implementing four pavement types: permeable concrete, permeable asphalt, interlocking pavers, and conventional asphalt. This is the cost for conventional impermeable pavement with a longevity of about 20-30 years until needing resurfacing or rehabilitation. Relies on runoff collection systems to prevent flooding, putting pressure on municipal stormwater infrastructure.
