The Indigenous Perspectives Program provides four research stipends of $15,000 each to amplify voices of Indigenous Researchers, Knowledge Holders, and Writers working to advance climate policy. Although case studies can explore a wide range of topics, a key area of interest is climate change adaptation. Applicants are encouraged to draw on Two-Eyed Seeing, intersectional climate change issues (e.g., food security, colonization), or Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit. Lead applicants must be First Nations, Métis, or Inuit.
