Offered by Co-operators Insurance, this funds allows applicants to leverage up to $250,000 in private capital financing to make infrastructure more climate-resilient.

Eligible applicants include municipalities, regions, districts, and municipally-owned corporations. Successful projects will demonstrate commitments to risk reduction & resilience, economic uplift, and municipal leadership. Project size must equate to a minimum of $5 million.

The deadline to submit a proposal is January 30th, 2026.
