The Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership (Sustainable CAP) is an agreement between federal, provincial, and territorial governments to strengthen the agriculture and agri-food sector in Canada. Sustainable CAP has a focus area on climate change and the environment and various programs relevant to adaptation are available. Examples are:

-The Resilient Agricultural Landscape Program (RALP), which supports producers in conserving and enhancing the resilience of agricultural landscapes;
-Food security initiatives, including establishing and maintaining community gardens; and
-Outreach activities and beneficial management practices to address climate change and advance environmental sustainability in the agriculture sector.
